I am Xuan, Swanxuan. You can call me Swan, most people do!
Ex-worked at Unilever in Brand marketing department for more than 4 years, it kept reminding me that I was still thirsty for something. And that “something” must be like an alchemist, create gold and happiness at the same time.
At a certain point in my life, one day, I woke up & realized I indeed need to have a change, big change that led to a big journey which is childhood’s inception. Fate led me to a dream of being a Wedding planner, where careness, happiness, inspiration & sweet dreams become one & become true. And Confetti was born, Dec 2009. It is the first-ever- full meaning Conceptual & Celebrity Wedding Planner in Vietnam (maybe that’s why I gained the beginner’s luck over the 1st tremendous year).
Making a decision was only the begin. When someone makes a decision, she is really diving into a strong current that will carry her to places she had never dreamed of when she first made a decision. Wedding planner, the story of my life, has just begun.
I extremely think that life is all about moments. Your wedding is one of priceless moment where i reject the notion that wedding must be traditional, where I endlessly think creativity is needed for a memorable your-own-style-wedding. And lastly, beauty comes from simplicity and cleverness.

I live & love now in Ho Chi Minh city, the youngest & crowdest city of VietNam, with a lovely office , “desperately” kute and smart Confetti girls. That creates the soul of Confetti wedding planner.

Me, off-work?
I am a daughter of a four-member-family, distant from where I go to work every day, but close to love and share every night. They are my treasure, absolutely forever. I have a golden man, a sweet heart-thief, a perfect soul-reader who catches me from downs, brings me home from drunk, warmly holds my hands on sleep, kisses and tells me “For you everything”. I have golden friends who light up my way, cheer me at each footsteps and hold me from tears. Thats enought. That’s life!

She lives a simple life, with a beloved family & a beloved one. And that simpleness lights up her own beauty, her own characteristic. She’s one of my promising seed. If look at the mirror and ask if there is a girl who is like a chicken soup for other’s souls, I will respond at once “Here she is”. Being no-motiv, high-way-speed working on decisions, making a good bonding between feminine & manly manner, Thuy shows to be a good consultant and a non-stop inspired person as well. Grow up on love, be patient on coping with reality, she put herself on the ground passionately, enough to care for things (like wedding) & people she loves, firmly enough to be an endless vitality to all around her. Talk to her, you will be felling good, trust, fast-moving and sympathized. Yeah, she’s one of my favourite staff members.

Tâm has spent most of her life gluing together seemingly diparate interests – working on hand-made stuffs, searching for beautiful things, dreaming about her own wedding… Life has just begun when she made a big decision to leave her ex-event company, and that made a real “her” when starting a new job as a Wedding Coordinator in Confetti. With all hearted passion, more-than-enough patience (and professional skills of course), she lives behind smiles, tears and memorable weddings. She seems to be fit. Just tell her what is your wedding date, she will start her plan punctually.

Starting her career roadmap as a human resource expert, she’s on the way to discover herself, until a spontaneour interview session at 35 Vo Van Tan. She became a Wedding Coordinator 2 weeks later, a fact that I sometimes surprized to remember. Being beautifully feminie and gentle, she looks at things with a bright eyes, sweet heart and full of sentimence, which I think really needed inside a good wedding cordinator. “As long as you find your eyes being moved by bride’s beauty and groom’s happiness, you still be a good planner”, that’s what I usually remind everyone in staff. And for Toan, that sentence is useless at that moment, coz her inner love for wedding is burning now.

Sympathy & sharing is her power. Hải previously worked for an event company as an account, which gave her bunches of moments to find out that she is waiting for something else.
